Welcome to the Forum.

Coral would be the fossil here. Colonial/tabulate type. There were a lot of coral reef builders in our side of the continent. :)

Are you sure ?

It looks like something funny must have been in the water in that top photo.

Looking at it a bit closer, I'm doubtful about it being coral at all. The sections are not of a uniform size, so perhaps something non-biological in origin?

I agree with a non biologic origin for this rock.

Not sure what it is, but leaning towards an agate.

It would help to determine what it is if You could post better pictures.

Please set the rock on a solid colored background in direct sunlight. When You hold the rock and the camera it increases movement and blurs the picture.

Also, include a scale for size and pictures from all six sides.

Thank You,

Tony

I firstly thought it could be a coral, but i saw it had irregular patterns, so now i also think it is mineral.

Am new at this how can I send more pics is telling me max is 3.95mb

The max photo size allowed per post is 3.95 mb, but you can add multiple posts. If the photo is larger, you'll need to resize it below 3.95 mb by cropping, online resizing services, or using whatever graphic editing software you may have on your computer. If you are getting the max limit message even when supplying another image that is below that size, try refreshing your browser.
