Sara is getting ready for her next leg of the journey. I didn’t have the heart to make Sara miss thanksgiving so I’ll be mailing her out on Friday the day after. Friday I became overrun at work with Black Friday and didn’t make it to the post office. im taking the partial fish fossil from the Jurassic of Connecticut. A lesser collected unit of bedrock as it’s not exposed at the famed penn Dixie. I also put in a whetstone gulf formation specimen with a cryptolithis cephalon on each side of the rock the other side. Tried to keep it small for cost of shipping purposes and space. The Buffalo “trilo bits”from the wanakah are more rare than the usual Windom shale penn Dixie material....those were collected on the Lake Erie shoreline......and the cryptolithis are very rare in New York. here is the fish I took 7 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
