@fifbrindacier @Top Trilo thanks!!!

 @Ludwigia Sara sure was a lucky horse shoe that day!

Sara is getting ready for her next leg of the journey. I didn’t have the heart to make Sara miss thanksgiving so I’ll be mailing her out on Friday the day after. She will love the full tummy for the trip lol.

Nice collection you have and great holiday pics of Sara . I was wondering what you took as B&B from Sara’s box of goodies. Cheers Bobby

@Al Tahan Looks like Sara had a great hunt! And that's an impressive collection too!!!

Yes, like Bobby, I am curious as to whether you took a fossil and, if so, what was it? :)

Some Eldredgeops rana pieces from the wanakah shale of Buffalo. A lesser collected unit of bedrock as it’s not exposed at the famed penn Dixie. I also put in a whetstone gulf formation specimen with a cryptolithis cephalon on each side of the rock

the other side.

Tried to keep it small for cost of shipping purposes and space. The Buffalo “trilo bits”from the wanakah are more rare than the usual Windom shale penn Dixie material....those were collected on the Lake Erie shoreline......and the cryptolithis are very rare in New York.

Hi, as it appears we'll still be locked down (too much COVID contaminations per day) when Sara will arrive here, so i won't go fossil hunting with her. Instead i want to do a little animation and for that i'd like to use the avatar of everybody (i hope it will work), if you disagree, please tell me soon enough, for Sara is on its way and will be there soon.

I must precise that the video will be too heavy to be charged directly, so i planed to register it on Youtube and you won't be able to see it unless it is public.

Hi Sophie,

your creative spirit will never stop amazing me :) Are you going to create avatars of everybody by yourself?

That sounds like a fun creative activity. I had a good time spinning the fantasy narrative posted when Sarah was here in SC. I hope her visit provides you with a pleasant distraction in these unpleasant times. I look forward to your account of her visit.
