If during the week you can just go to the COE office and ask for a research permit to look for ammonite and echnoid fossils. I think if you say shark's teeth then there is some conflict with the new prohibition on hunting for vertibrate materrial... If you plan on going during a weekend then you'll have to contact the COE office and get a permit application sent to you via e-mail. Nice easy spot to visit and lots of little fossils.
