Strange stone

Hi i am new here 

Registred because found this stone

With some strange stone attached to it

 

It has cymetrical biological shape

 

I will apriciate if some one can commet on what it is

I agree, this looks like a sea urchin, or echinoid steinkern.  

Very weathered.

Was it found in porcellanite - chert beds?
