There may be another type of fish on here as well. Research is ongoing. 

Without provenance, unfortunately, there is only guesswork from a similar specimen.

 

Age: 98 Million Years  Late Cretaceous (Cenomian) 

Locality: Hakel, Byblos, Lebanon

The plate is covered in disarticulated vertebral columns.  ;)
