Croc scute?

Is it piece of croc scute?
Scale -mm.
Age: Cretaceus-Neogene.
Western Ukraine.

It seems to be a crocodile scute. Here's a confirmed crocodile scute, cretaceous.

All the croc scutes I have seen are flat on the back side.  Crocs also have simlar patterns on parts of the skull.  This may be a skull fragment.

The difference between soft-shelled turlte and croc texture is pretty subtle, but this is croc texture.
