Nice work!

Have you considered something like Milliput? It's a 2-part epoxy that cures relatively quickly (about 6-8 hours completely?), and there is a few hour window where you can shape it, and even after it is cured to do light sanding.

No...I've never heard of it...but will look it up.  Thanks...should have asked what would be the best to use before I began?!  Also, didn't have any clay modeling tools...oh, well...next time!
