There are some huge and impressive teeth, in some people's collections. Either they search hard and find them, or they spend the money to acquire them. Maybe one day.... Also, Its teeth are easily confused with other Carcharhinus species. These particular teeth exhibit enough of the characteristics that I feel comfortable in IDing them as C. longimanus. I have done this for many years for ant hill finds from the White River Badlands. It works so nice, they are easy to store and they protect the fossils. I already had two in my collection before, both broken, with part missing.
