Please show pictures from the other side. I have a very similar specimen (Dactylioceras commune, also with pyrite, from the Lias epsilon of Whitby/England), but the surrounding material of my specimen is darker (dark grey).

It can help if you show the opposite side of the stone.

Thank you for the new pics. Now it's plausible (even the colour of the sediment) as already mentioned:

Dactylioceras commune from Whitby/England. I bought a similar one more than 40 years ago!
