kcasey420
Hi there - I've been living on the Outer Banks for a few years, and been visiting for 28 years and this week I found 3 of these "fossils". I have never come across anything like this here on the Outer Banks before. I am not sure if that's what these could be. Can anyone please help me to identify these three pieces? Thanks a lot! CH4ShotCaller
This is way outside my comfort zone, but they look a little like turtle scutes. JohnJ
Hard to tell from the small photos, but they may be sea robin skulls.... 1 The human mind has the ability to believe anything is true. - JJ

CH4ShotCaller
I've had a couple big plates of crow lately, thankfully there's not an award for that one! Anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new. -Albert Einstein
