Technically you could have picked up the ammonites from Madagascar at a shop in Lyme Regis. :P

To be really technical, I could have picked up Lyme Disease from an ammonite from Madagascar. :)

I'm drawn to all those ammonites! And some bivalves and the shark teeth all came in one package??  Somebody was feeling particularly generous... (or that Will was a super good boy!)

Well here is my treasure trove

Obviously Santa figured out that, besides fossils, I have a HUGE crush on Canadian military antiques so this box of goodies could not have put a bigger smile on my old & wrinkly face.

A BIG thank you to my Canadian Santa

Sometimes Santa comes in the middle of January. Thank you @Monica for the incredible gift you sent for me and the grandchildren. We will definitely have a great time learning about the treasures you sent and where they were collected. The Livonia Woodsii are my first urchins from Australia!

I especially appreciate the extra gift to help us with our prepping skills. Lol
