This is an amazing thread  thank you for posting.

Thank you much appreciated  . It is a nice way of keeping a visual record  of my collection. Also sometimes with my dyslexia I can make a labelling mistakes, in this case one of our very knowledge members will help me to correct.

cheers Bobby

Hi all

I have showed this collection before but only a little my goal here on this thread is to collate

my collection . Sorry if the information is a little lacking on this micro Matrix from the Lower Permian Richard's Spur locality of Oklahoma. Fossils range from fragments to complete and include toe bones, jaws, skull plates, teeth, intercentra, limb bone ends etc. The majority of specimens are hi and C. aguti but undoubtedly there are other species. I am sorry but I am unable to identify them but I really enjoyed looking thought this stuff again .

Carrying on with the

Permian, this collection was given to me by the guru @Ptychodus04 .  I have to say this little collection is better than my Richards Spur material.

 The Permain rocks.

Most probably Captorhinus aguti. Arroyo Formation - Permian.

Lawton, Oklahoma USA.

Finally because on someone else ID post on TFF, I think I have gained an ID for one of my collection.  A member posted for a ID for jaw that was sold as a Hell Creek fossil but was in fact Permian jaw. The seller was on our favourite auction site. I did look into their feed back and found the original purchased  and it was sold as a Mycterosaurus longiceps a Permian jaw. Really can’t understand why anyone would change this integral Info.

It does go to show how even beyond the original posts the information is so relevant and an important part of TFF archive.

Mycterosaurus longiceps? the top jaw

My mental faculties must be eroding. Probably due to excessive fossil exposure.

It was a long time ago my friend and many beautifully prepped fishes have swam under that bridge.

This Permian material of Lawton is treasured in my collection.

I randomly opened a drawer for today’s post.

Next set of fossil was given to me by the great man @Nimravis . Ralph gave a lovely collection of mainly small to micro fossils . Here is just a few at random.

I put them in to test tubes , It works really well. Been kept in a test tube keeps them safe and the tube’s has plenty of room for a good size label to be added.

Thank you, our  members have gifted  me quite lot of fossil goodies, over the years. By posting them on this thread is both a way of saying thank you  and that they are valued as part of my collection.

Cheers Bobby
