Great gift, that's stunning!

But not as stunning as Tidgy.

She's probably thinking how morbid we are getting excited about digging up her ancestors.

Now that Tortoise is awesome and well worth the wait.

I am afraid to do a blind trade as I have nothing yet that could equal such a worthy trade. You guys are awesome to each other.

Still no sight of my fossil sent to CBOB?

Slowly starting to get worried.......

Humm, let's see. He lives in Illinois, so knowing how screwy the postal system has been lately, I would say the package probably had to go to Thailand via Chile. Then onto some obscure postal warehouse in the States where it has to sit and properly age for a bit.

The warehouse might even be walking distance from CBOB's house, but once released,  it will take a week of travelling to get there and have zero new updated tracking in between.

Thats just how they roll these days.

Neither of mine have arrived. :(

Most upsetting.

Haven't had a problem with post for eleven years!

Still hopeful.

And at least your other lovely gifts got here.

Thanks, Victoria. :fistbump:

Yes, hopefully we'll get ours this week, or possibly next.:)

All my outbound fossil parcels have arrived safely and in good time thus far.

Oh wow :-) that does nothing to sooth my worried Dutch mind :-)

Still, over many years of sending & recieving packages to & from USA I have never had a parcel lost yet.

I have had parcels reach their destination in a weeks time and sometimes a humble letter taking 3 months to arrive.

So I am confident it will hit CBOBS doormat sometime soon.

Glad to see I am not the only one still anxiously waiting to hear if parcel has been received.

Always a tad worried that such a thing might ruin a mans reputation in the trading business :-)

The postal workers are still scratching their heads trying to figure out how to deliver a package addressed to:

Tidgy's Dad

Third camel stall to the left

Well, they've got safely to that address for the last 11 years or so.

It's the new postman.

I think he's frightened of camels.

Or Tidgy.

I always worry about shipping, especially International-That is why I always PM a pic of the package and receipt with the tracking number- if it is International, I also include a pic of the Custom form.

It always causes a bit of anxiety to relinquish possession of items to a chain of unknown people and circumstances.  The only relief is when the other party declares the have recieved it.

I swear, lately our postal system could hand the packages over to a group of monkeys and have just as easy of a time getting the goods to the proper recipient.

I just had a package arrive at my local post office yesterday and today they are saying it is in transit to said post office. One step forward, two steps back!
