Randyw
This is buddy. Here’s my boy! He’s an 8 year old cocker spaniel. It was raining when I let him out this morning so he’s drying off in the second picture

BLT
My grand kitty, Penelope, decided to masquerade as a box of crackers yesterday. She is continually squeezing into the oddest places, but this was a first! I guess my daughter-in-law won’t be leaving her empty boxes on the bed anymore. caldigger
Hmm, she must be really talented to be able to open the other end and remove the bag without getting crumbs in the bed.

Nearly every time I sit down, she sits on me or near my feet on the edge of the recliner, amd she likes to wake me up in the mornings with purrs and kneading (ouch!). All this is amusing when you know she's a sweetheart at heart but tries to hide it in being sassy However, I am not sure I would consider calling Patches a "pet" so much as a family member, for she is that, and more. She has her own personality, and she contributes to the character of the family. She's helped me in stressful times, has her own habits, and makes her voice/opinion known, just as any family member typically would. So, here's to a family member: Beautiful kitty

FossilNerd
I don’t think I knew this thread existed... Some wonderful pets here. This is my little buddy Bandit. He is a tricolor Pembroke Welsh Corgi. He has been with me since 4 weeks old and is almost 13 now. A rare breed in these parts. This is Karma, our recent rescue from the animal shelter. An 8-9 year old pit mix. She is a sweetie. 1 The good thing about science is that it's true whether or not you believe in it. -Neil deGrasse Tyson Everyone you will ever meet knows something you don't. -Bill Nye (The Science Guy)

Ruger9a
Although it hangs around my house (especially the fire pit) I'm not sure if I can call it a pet because it won't let me pick it up. It's very large for a salamander (I think). And it's very interesting to watch.
