Several were from Mazon creek ( a bucket list site for me), while many were tropical both fossil and recent. So not only did I get several fossils from a place I mean to visit, I also received a gift project a plate full of fossils that I will need to work at to identify. Plus a plethora of other fossils and mineral goodies - it's my first piece of amber and it's lovely! I was going to take more pics of individual pieces, but my camera died. So here's a few pictures. And I have to admit...I'm almost as excited about the dental picks as the fossils!
